My Network Staff SM offers small business owners and managers an affordable computer network administration, monitoring, and reporting service.  When you subscribe to this service Genesee Systems performs a free assessment of your computers and network.  Based on this assessment we work with you to develop a maintenance plan and establish a service level agreement tailored to your specific business requirements. 

Then, for a fixed monthly fee, Genesee Systems:

  • Performs and verifies proper completion of your data and system backups

  • Regularly creates copies of critical backups and stores them off-site for you 

  • Keeps operating system and critical software (including anti-virus & other anti-malware) up-to-date with current patches and fixes

  • Monitors your network for anomalies or inefficiencies and reports on the results
